I know everyone has their own story, and each individual will craft their own unique path online that best fits them. That's why I want to leave the tangibles discretionary with each individual (or team) I choose to work with.

If I decide you're not a good fit for this, I'm going to politely refund you the amount. My time is valuable and I don't want to spend it on projects that I know won't work from the getgo. It's in both of our best interests, and it's also the reason why this isn't cheap.

When you first purchase the product, you'll receive a file that contains my contact details.

We'll start the project with a brief 10-15 minute introductory call. This is where I'll assess where you're at, and how we can take that to the next level. Remember, this isn't JUST for design purposes, this is for your entire digital content strategy.

After our initial call, I'll formulate a detailed plan, and begin taking the steps that will lead us to that end destination. This includes both visual and strategical elements.

Additionally, you'll have direct communication access with me, permanently.
